Located in the high-end neighborhood of Country Club Estates in Placerville, California, this 17.5 acre residential development is planned for 30 half-acre lots and 10 quarter-acre lots for construction of custom and semi-custom executive homes.  An application was filed in August 2005. An Environmental Impact Report (EIR) is currently being processed.
