Sandhill Development Company (a California Limited Liability Company)  was named after the world-famous  Sandhill Crane.  Sandhill Cranes are amongst the oldest bird species alive, they mate for life, live in communities and fly with their neck outstretched.

We believe this is an excellent symbol for a development company committed to the slogan “Creating Communities of Distinction” and a company loyal to it’s customers for life, a company with 30 years of experience and willing to take risks by doing it the absolute best way.
